The workshop will be split into two parts comprising seven to eight countries each. The two parts will be held on different dates and in different locations. Every country will be invited to attend both parts, but the delegations for countries to which the workshop relates directly will include up to six delegates, and the other countries will send one or two delegates. The first group will be composed of: Cape Verde, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Mali, Mauritania, Senegal, Sierra Leone,. The second group will include Benin, Burkina Faso, Côte d'Ivoire, The Gambia, Liberia, Niger, Nigeria, and Togo.
